How should I prepare for my first treatment?

Before your first visit, please fill out the treatment form online in advance of your scheduled visit to prepare you initial appointment. Try come 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to get acquainted with your acupuncturist about your treatment. Eat something light beforehand; do not come on an empty stomach!

Be sure to wear loose clothing so that we can needle your lower limbs.

We are looking forward to meeting you!
